1.The outer enclosure of the main machine is made of a superior iron alloy, which is  immune to high temperature damage and is durable.

2.Common features of the handle of the brushless fan type hot air gun:

(a) The brushless-motor fan for the hot air gun has a standard service life of 20000 hours. The airflow is soft, uniform and heavy.

(b) The hot air gun’s heating element employs brand new columned heating core developed with a ceramic process, having strong stability, resistance to impact and dropping, and extraordinarily vibration-mitigation ability.

(c) The outlet steel cylinder of the handle and the hot air gun nozzle are made of superior stainless steel with better conductivity and strong oxidation resistance;

 

3.(a) Brushless fan type hot air gun:

Nozzles with diameter less than 5mm are not suitable for use, those nozzles larger than 5 mm can be fitted. The diaphragm-type station provides air at higher pressures, while the fan-type station provides air at more moderate pressures. If a smaller nozzle is paired with the fan-type station, the hot air will not blow out from the handle and may lead to handle and fan burns. 

(b) Characteristics of the fan airflow: large in volume and small in pressure (maximum air volume is 120 L/min)

(c) Applicable range: The larger the gun nozzle for the machine, the larger the air volume  and hot wind area. It is suitable for unsoldering integrated chips which have large surface areas and multiple pins.

 7.Pioneering with handle safety protection, an industry-first, a docked handle in the handle holder is required each time prior to machine operation. If not (placed) in the handle holder, the operator will not be able to detect compliance with safety instructions and the machine will not work. The purpose of such a function is to prevent handle misplacement or accidental placement in unsafe or flammable (work) locations that could lead to undesirable consequences.
